FAQ’s – Frequently Asked Questions

1. How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days from when Earwig Music Company receives the order.

2. What rate class will my order be shipped by?    What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders to addresses in the United States are shipped by media mail, except during the December holiday season, when they are shipped first class.  Orders typically arrive within one week or less in the continental United States.

Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped by 1st class mail. They usually take at least a week. Orders to other countries are shipped by air mail and may take up to two weeks.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES NOTE

United States Postal Services shipping rates to countries outside North America has gone way up over the past couple of years. The postage cost for one cd is typically about $12.00

Another option is to buy Earwig Music recordings by shopping online at my European distributor’s site www.parsifal.be    Orders from Parsifal ship from Brugge, Belgium. Another option is Amazon for your geographic region, or www.CD Baby.com

4. Does Earwig Music offer a guarantee on its products?

YES. We take pride in the quality of our products. We offer 100 % satisfaction guarantee, and a refund, replacement or exchange at the customer’s request. All we ask is an explanation as to the nature of your dissatisfaction. If you think that a cd is defective, we ask that you play it on more than one type of player, such as a car player, a pc, a laptop, a boombox and that you describe what part of the music is defective, i.e what song or track number, and preferably what time during the song. We ask for this information, so we can determine if this is a problem on all our cds of a particular title, or a rare manufacturing fluke on a few of the cd pressings.
